Any Chance of a Java Wrapper ?
« on: November 19, 2013, 06:02:07 pm »

Hey guys. I use Java for game dev and I am currently using OpenGL for my rendering. It would be nice to use a Game Engine such as outerra for our project. So thought I would ask if it will have a Java wrapper or some other way to integrate ?

Figured I paid for the tech demo, might as well see what all my options are.

Thanks in advance.

Currently our internal core API is C++, and there's a Javascript interface wrapper. It's still some time until the engine becomes usable for 3rd party devs (not likely before our game is released), and until then we probably won't be adding Java or Net bindings.
