A few notes to your model your nice desk model.
DXT1 format for textures is enough and you will safe a half memory in textures because we don't use alpha from albedo textures.
0.01 for F0 is too low, 0.04 gives you more natural and realistic look, i would use 0.05 because i real world there are at least two layers of materials wood and clear coat which in a way makes the material more reflective.
And don't afraid to use lower roughness let's say 0.5 should give natural reflections.

Damn, i knew it! I was about to save the textures in DXT1, but i don't even know why i saved them in DXT5, it happened very fast haha. Anyway thanks for clarifying me why DXT1

I was playing with F0 and roughness, but i don't know why always it seemed for me very reflective... now I tried your recommendation: F0 : 0.05 and roughness 0.5 and i have to admit that it looks way better now

Btw, if it were possible to reload .mtl files without having to restart the game and see the changes... maybe a little [reload] button there would be the best
