Nice paint jobs and a very nice plane. However I think some of them are too reflective, also with regard to the real-life version.
For example, I like it better with a low f0 and a higher roughness:

Levi, did you modified the specular maps? :\

Nope, I didn't touched any file you sent me. Now you mention it, I took a look at .mtl file and the specular maps's path points to "./texture.base". And your specular maps are white, no any detail on them.

My bad. The path reverted after the export, for some reason. My specular maps are white, beacuse I don`t want (almost) any reflections. Just some dull shine.

I don`t understand.... The specular maps are completely ingonered by the model...

Do you have permission to convert any other plane?
The thing is that I hadn't too much free time lately. I took a look at Project Airbus some time ago, and found that it doesn't have a 3D VC, and people used the FSX default VC.
Now, while posting I took a quick look over the Project Airbus, again, and found out that they actually made a 3D VC (I was blind the last time when I checked it? o.O):
What do you think about the VC model? I think it looks fine being freeware, right?

Anyways, I'll try to contact with the team behind this project, if you people like that project and think it worth the effort (not really a effort, because I enjoy doing this ;D) to convert it.

Let me know your opinion please :)

My opinion is please do it! I'd love to see the A380 hit the skies of Outerra!

Ok I figured it out where it fails. It' all about "roughness". You had it set to 0.05, then your model will show very reflective, doesn't matter what's in the spec maps. Set it to 0.5 and it'll be duller. Also use the default spec maps for more specific reflections, I don't really recommend you to use all white specs in this case. The spec maps, tells where the reflective parts are...

If you want, I do this right now and I update the main post.

That would be great Levi. I`ll experiment on my side as well. Thanks.

Ok I just updated John514's repaint, to be less reflective. Check out the main post.

You always can edit .mtl file if you want different results ;)

That's indeed what I did, don't know a lot about it but experimenting works fine :).
I think only the bare metal parts should be reflective. I've set the camo version to be really matte and the others just a little more glossy.

Can I also influence the shade/brightness of the paint job? I'd like to try and make the camo version a little darker. Or would I need to edit the textures directly for that?

You need to edit the texture for that. You can do it if you want I guess.

Well, actually you can make it darker without editing the textures. Just change the RGB values under "color" inside .mtl file. try with ["color" : "0.2,0.2,0.2,1.0", ] it should make it a bit darker, just play around with these values. Make sure all RGB values are the same if you don't want to change it's color.
You may already know that the last one is the transparency.

@Levi, thank you. I'll try that. I assumed the texture would override the color.

I don't think I will edit the textures, just want to play a little with the material configuration.
Like, the original first paint job (Polar 5?) has a white stripe inbetween (IRL). In Outerra it just seems bare metal because of the specular reflection, while the whole plane is quite glossy. I like it better when it looks like the images below:

Yes, I know it looks a bit too glossy :D, even Cameni told me that (if I remember well) hehe. I forgot to edit it and make it duller when I released the last update, because you're all right, it looks better and natural when it's duller, like in the images you posted now.

Do you guys think I should post a modified/corrected .mtl file? in that case, what exact configuration do you prefer?
