Is it possible to take a look at how the mercenary works and take cues from that?

I would say the messing up of it is because certain parts of it aren really set rightly towards the bones (aether not good weighting or OT compensates/ignores the extra bones it might have compared to the wolverine model).

Hard to tell where is the problem without source file but the scale can cause problems... But in case you imported your own model with animations it should work but character importer is relatively new so there still can be bugs.

The thing is the model and the animation face the x direction (only affecting the camera as I see) so maybe it is the problem but .... It would be so long to all modify the direction of all the animations...
