No snow anywhere in the world anymore!

Just in the last day all snow from the world has gone. It's all just dirt.

Here is the Himalayas, almost 5km up: http://i.imgur.com/ln2xfS1.jpg

I think I was playing around with some graphics settings because my machine is old, but nothing which should have affected snow.

How do I get it back?

Is it possible to get OT into an iceage by playing with world.cfg? I tried to lower all digits around virtelev, virtvurv, snowmin and snowsat but the snow level stay the same.

For me altering snowsat and snowmin definitely made a difference. I set it to snowmin=3700.0 and  snowsat=4500.0 and got significantly more snow than before.

Ok i got my iceage now. For some reason it takes quite a few restart to take effect. I have snow down to the sea now.  8)
