There is also a link on page with xbox360 version, I have trouble imagining how Outerra would actually run on that system.

I bet it's a robot indexing games with some popularity and creating fake pages with a custom torrent (and an hilarious text). They're probably labelling it PS4 or Xbox 360 because of the platform popularity.
