Interesting.

Which image has the effects enabled, the dark or the clear?
If i use framework version i have weird result, with big black places.
If i use reshade+ sweet fx  then all is much more dark. I fix it turning expusure from 2 to 5.
COmparing, i preffer enabling sweet fx, its like colors are much more alive. Like scattering loose a bit of his action and all is more clear (and i like that way).
But i dont see other things diferent.
This would be great if we can have some control of the effects and turn some effects on or off, or even touch their  intensity.

Anyway, i think my results are diferents than yours and i dont know why

The bright one has sepia effect, custom parameters.

Framework version has:
- SweetFX
- CustomFX
- McFx
- GemFX

But can't make them work togheter in OT (Separated, some effects works well).

How or where i can change those parameters? The only thing i did was run Reshadesetup.exe and automatically install the framework version.
And after i did the same with reshade + sweet fx version.

I am trying with sweet fx configurator 1.3.3   I just add there the game (outerra), then i change some things in the big list of effects. Then i open the game but nothing occur. I save the presets but nothing occur.
Surelly i am doing something wrong.
Would be great if we can change some aspects like curves, shadow lights, colors, intensity, etc. Like in a edition program.

Ok.. Now i am seeing whats happening..  The sweet fx configurator is not working itself with outerra..
I removed all and just tried from the sweet fx configurator since new. And when i launch outerra with sweet fx added from configurator, sweet fx is not opening...
I dont know the reason.
So i can copy sweet fx version from your link. Then framework version do weird things. And the normal version it seems work. But in this version i should change all manually in the txt file i think..

"Where is the improvement? I do not see it"

From my point of view, SweetFX is like adding or removing salt to your meal. Do you like colors more saturated / desaturated ? Go for it. Do you like film grain in you image? Chromatic aberration? Add it... Does it look worst? Remove it... It is not better or worst... is just... your taste.

josem75:
Framework version works for me.  Everything is disabled in the sweetfx profile, but chromatic aberration, sepia (seems order for outerra is blue, green, red) and split screen.

I can't tell you much because I haven't played with much the settings;

Would be nice i can tweak those colors, saturation, contrast, etc. But i cant put that to work in any way.  Framework version shows me outerra with big black, pink patterns in terrain, even if i turn off sweet fx with scrol lock key.

The other option (reshade + sweet fx) i use, its working. But testing a lot of filters (changing values in the SweetFX_settings.txt file) no one was working. For example trying to put monochrome, or changing curves, or changing anything. And i never see some change in outerra.
:(

After reading. I am seeing Sweet Fx only work with directx, so reshade should be the Open Gl Version. Thats why sweet fx didnt work with my outerra..
I downloaded last Reshade Version from this link:

http://deadlystream.com/forum/topic/3002-reshade-for-kotor-tsl/#entry30622

And now its working without terrain issues.  I am seeing just some issues in my buildings textures (gone crazy).
The first effect is more bright and sharpen image by default. I will now make some tweaks in reshade.fx and lets see which efects can be applied. (Has TONS of things..)

Re-Shade is very powerful, when used wisely:

But unfortunately themediator itself is a bit "moody".
