I have not seen this topic here so just a quick question to the developers if dynamic cloud shadows and scattering of light from clouds is on the to-do list or is this just too much detail to be considered working on?

It's on the todo list but it has some dependencies on the shadowing system and cloud rendering that have to be done first.
