OUTERRA NEED THIS AS WATER SOURCE GLOBALLY, SEAS. RIVERS, LAKES.

Good - but computational too expensive. You could just as well compute every grain of sand on the beach moved by wind force. Probably no one would see it but it's there, no doubt. Your pc would give you 1 frame every 5 years.

Not now but several years later we could enjoy it as it could be used in simulated worlds...

the future is anywhere, Google will invest one billion dollars in research on quantum physics. (the quantum computer will be 1000 million times faster than a conventional one but still take 10 to 20 more or less as Outerra :) years) NASA and the military will not fall behind, they worry that all keys remain you descencriptadas grab hold, the EU will invest 1000 million €. .. Well, and fasten your seatbelts,, the future is right in front of you.
and all these things will be so simple.
