earth data seems to have got lost

Since one week outerra no longer seems to "remember" the earth data of places I had previously visited many times and starts to download the earth data for these same places from scratch. How is this possible ? I have not changed version. Both before and now  I am using version 17.03.8141 (paid). Is there a way to check what happened ? where has my earth data gone ?

We had to move to a new server and several things went wrong there, so it now thinks the data are new and redownloads ...
