Outerra World account and purchasing full version

I created an Outerra World account and I want to purchase the full version. I tried opening the integrated paypal link in the program but it would not let me log into my paypal account. So I tried opening the link to an external browser and there isn't any option for me to log in. It only tells me to create an account which I already did. How can this be fixed?
