Well, the themes need additional beautification, but there's no time for that now.
It was done because we needed the extended functionality of the new forum software.

You can get there by clicking on Profile, then on Modify profile tab, Look and Layout. In the first row with "Current theme" click on "(Change)" link.

Any plans to have a space in forum for posting Addons (Models, Scripts  etc.) as a library?

So the library have sections (models, scripts, maps - buildings, cars, aircraft) and each post has Screenshot , description and download button.
