It has been a while since I have come here. I'm just curious about how the development of this is going. It looks like nothing has been said about it in quite some time. Has the project been abandoned?

its developping into the next version....no longer a demo but a real "game" or rather "sandbox and game development engine" useable for everybody to exlore and to create their own mods & games...maybe 6 months more to release

It's a good joke, the page has existed for a long time, no news here, and nothing concrete for several years. We have to face the facts, this project is a bad joke. I even remember a moment when he supposedly sold it to the army... lol

Unfortunately, I don't think anything will happen. There is no official communication to customers, no news, no rumors, nothing. I think it's bad policy from the developers not to say anything to the customers and fans of this game.

buildings are still almost nonexistent in my area (or most areas) until I drove through a specific town that had a bunch.

Hartford had a lot more buildings to see, but there's still a lot of empty pAw, still can't see the oak in my old front yard with the highest resolution.

But alsoatches there as well.


I'm getting some very loud audio glitches on occasion, SO YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.  I'm going to delete this non-working game from my computer, I'm tired of messing with it.


How do I know that the weather is set to Realworld?

The buildings are generic in my part of the world, but you're right, there are a lot of empty patches.

This new update REQUIRES an SSD, there is too much data for a mechanical HDD to keep up.

I'm going to delete this non-working game from my computer, I'm tired of messing with it.
There is someone here who knows about Outerra World Sandbox, as I understand it, we should be given the keys to this (those who paid 15 dollars) game.Kamen hasn't said anything yet, but two days ago he told me that everything should get better in the coming months.
I was eventually able to install the game, now I'm interested in how to connect the joystick to the game and do an in-game review using TrackIR5.

I agree with you, we haven't heard news from the developers of the game for a couple of years. Will cooperation with Microprose give them a new impetus to bring the game to mind?
