Is there a way to see temperature at a current location?

There is no such thing as  time dependent temperature in outerra.  The only thing outerra has is that its biome is created based on the local average climate. You can bring up this average local climate/biome info by pressing shift+TAB. The time dependent local wind and rainlevel is also shown in this view..which might be useful info when flying  a plane.  Also distance to target point and elevation of target point.
