buggy upgrade (release)

Today I added dynamic "drive-by" external camera, camera zoom and moveable cabin camera to the default outerra buggy and repaired some of its lights.
Main and passing lights working now. I couldn't repair the break and turning lights. At least now you can drive at night !
Using the dynamic external camera is quite fun especially when jumping !
Note that installation of this mod won't affect the default outerra buggy but rather ad a fly77 buggy that you can recognize by the fly77 icon in the vehicles menu.

installation:
click on self-installing fly77-buggy.otx

new camera commands:
"v" will switch among driver camera and external "drive-by" dynamic camera.
"H" increrase the range of the external "drive-by" dynamic camera
"J" increrase the range of the external "drive-by" dynamic camera
"+/-" keys: camera zoom
"C" as usual switches the default external cameras
when in driver seat camera you can now move the camera around the cabin to your liking , using the arrow keys.
