The inspiration for Outerra?

I thought I'd post a couple of photos from recent(ish) travel in British Columbia, Canada, as when driving along I thought 'This really looks like Outerra!'- The trees, the rocks, the grass it all just fit together. It would be interesting to see a comparison shot too!

Woah! If it weren't for the detail on the trees I would think those pictures are from Outerra!
I want to check that place out but it looks like a 6 hour drive from here. :(

Exactly 2 nonilions per a square meter of perfectly flat metal.
May vary depending on material, size and shape.

But sir, I thought it was made directly in Outerra, I'm impressed!
Now I wonder how my countryside looks like...

Wow. That looks so incredibly fake. It looks a bit clean to be real life.

The way you photo shopped that cloud in is really well done...

Now can anyone fly a Cesna to those points and take a photo for comparison ???

Haha hard to tell who is being sarcastic and who actually thinks this is from Outerra. For the record, it's a real photo taken on a real camera when I was travelling in Canada....it just reminded me of the shots I had seen of Outerra :)
