I have problem with graphic drivers, they are too old. But I have problem with update. I have Radeon HD 3470 and it's hard to find latest drivers. Can anybody help me?

Well, 3470 is quite slow, but it should work nonetheless. Download drivers for your operating system here: http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

I still have problem. On the beginning I had 6.14.0010.6783 drivers version. I updated (with Moblilty Modder) to ...0010.6891, but game still didn't work. So I download drivers from here:
http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/radeon_xp-32.aspx
After installation (I used Mobility Modder) version of drivers... wasn't changed :/ . I don't know what I did wrong. Maybe I try without Mobility Modder.

Check the version of atioglxx.dll, should be 6.14.10.11631.
If it's not, you have to do a clean install.

I delete all amd files, with Driver Sweeper. Then I install latest drivers. Now I am without drivers :/ . They just doesn't work!
And how to check version of atioglxx?

Folder "Ati Technologies" in C:/Program Files is empty. I don't know why, because I was installing drivers in this folder.

Version of atioglxx is 6.14.10.10834 . So it's good. But I still don't have driver. DxDiag and Minecraft says, that I have no drivers. I have no idea why it doesn't work.

Catalyst 12.4 contains atioglxx.dll version 6.14.10.11631, so you have something older.

The latest mobility drivers are here:

I have Windows XP. I try find drivers for XP.
But for XP is only that older.
I've return to old drivers. They working perfect. I don't know what's wrong with these new ones.

Woo I did it! ATI Installation Manager is a piece of shit, so I installed drivers trough device manager and all works perfect! Outerra too :D Thanks for help.

Other graphics cards

For other chips you'll get a warning about unknown/untested manufacturer. Intel doesn't support OpenGL 3.3 and Outerra won't run on it. If you decide to run it, it will quit with an error or crash.

This is not accurate anymore. Intel HD Graphics 4000 supports OpenGL 3.3 as well as 4.0. The game starts with a black screen and nothing happens. Is this a game or driver issue?

Yes, fresh Intel drivers from May. Please attach eng.log here to see if anything's there.

Also, black screens with Nvidia and AMD cards point to other utilities that inject into applications and can't handle a more complex rendering loop like ours.

Some shaders fail to compile, and those zero-sized max counts don't look good either. I hope Intel doesn't just declare support of some of the features but sets the numbers of corresponding entities to zero, an old trick.

Ok, we need to dig out a supported Intel integrated graphics computer and test it there. Thanks for the report.

It seems the driver is lacking GL_EXT_bindable_uniform extension. Could this make an issue?
