The problem is probably not with your system specs :). Nice setup.
Most of these problems with crashing seem to be solved by updating to the latest drivers if I look at other forum posts. Have you checked for updates?

Also, look at this post for some pointers.

According to the crash report, there's a problem with a HID device. Try disconnecting any special devices you have got to see if it helps. We are adding extra checks for malformed data that could be causing crashes there in current version.

Ahh... Should have figured that out!
It was the (one and only decent rudderpedals) MFG crosswind!
Thank you so much...
But what to do. :o I don´t want to use any Saitek crap again.  ;)

Seems there's a non-standard behavior in their drivers or something. We'll try to handle it more gracefully, but that doesn't guarantee it will actually work. Checking on the net if there's any known issue ...

I wanted to test outerra tech demo using HD 4000, doesn't run it amazingly, but it ran it well enough to use.
It ran just fine up until today's update. Now it just will not start. I keep getting a error saying my intel graphics drivers for OpenGL are outdated.
I updated them and still get the same thing.

Was also planning to buy a gigabyte brix with Intel Iris Pro graphics 5200.
Hope there will be no issue when I do.

I have a little issue. When changing screens outerra tells me on startup it cant support the resolution and won't launch. How do i fix this without changing back to the former monitor? And outerra should simply go to default resolution when the resolution isn't supported. thanks a lot

What driver version did you update to? Please post your eng.log, might be that the driver version is different on some Windows versions or something.

Please edit eng.cfg and the resolutions there.

Ok, seems it's reading the wrong file version on Ivy Bridge chips, will fix.

Latest version: 0.8.1.4444. Still crashing with the MFG crosswind pedals.
Never mind...
I´m to stupid for this... Can´t do anything but holes in the ground! Don´t know how to fly, get the Hotas Warthog or Track ir to work.
But it looks amazing on a lot of youtubemovies  I wish you good luck and I hope it will be a proper flightsim one day!
 :)

Oh, don't give up :)
Can you send the crash report from the MFG pedals?

TrackIR - just create a "plugins" folder in the OT installation directory and put the dll there. Use Kelvin's TIR profile[/url to configure TIR.

Warthog - are there two versions/firmwares for that thing? Because we added a workaround for FW bug specifically for this, but either the workaround does not activate or there's a different firmware that fixes the bug and now the workaround makes it worse ..

Please send us the crash report from the crash reporter window, putting your email there so I can identify which report it was.
