Is it possible OR will it be possible in the future to create NON Flat runway, since most of the runways on the planet aren't flat.

You can build your own unflattet runway with the runway-tool.

Be sure you switch to the road tab once you have created your RWY to modify. Basically you can change the elevation of each node.
