why is the ROLL limited in UFO mode ?

Hello, it seems that the ROLL left and right are very limited ? are they ?
I am at 20.000 m in altitude, at SPEED zero, or any other speed, I cannot change the angle a lot? maybe only few degrees... is it normal ?

Hummm, I must say that what I'm saying above might not be true, in fact I wonder where and why the rolls were like blocked earlier in my play? I see that it's working right now??? bizarre, I'll try to reproduce the effect

Check the key binding for "toggle auto roll control" in menu/controls/ufo it allows you to switch between various modes (auto/manual/flight).
