I believe this link has been brought up before.  I believe all the models are under the GNU (which probably can't apply to Outerra), but modelers could base versions of them on the base model as supplied by NASA (I believe GNU licenses only allow non-commercial use without permission, so Outerra as a commercial product wouldn't be able to use them, in other words).

It would be interesting to see a Predator type drone in-game (Anteworld).  It's an elegant design for its simplicity (I daresay, a piece of artwork in and of itself).
