Maybe I am missing something. I've noticed several screenshots with water present in the engine. No water when I start up Outerra. Am I missing something? Or has it not made it into the engine yet? Just curious.

You mean the whole ocean is empty?
There should be water, but there's only one global water level :). This means all waters, lakes and such that are above sea level are indeed empty.

If you're ocean is empty either your sea level is set too low in configuration or there is some larger problem.

Got it. Yea I just noticed that I have oceans. I was cruising around the Great Lakes region and was like "WTH"? Know of any plans for multiple water levels? Or is that supposed to come later with the updated biomes? Anyways. Thanks for the quick response!

I've already asked the question about water levels here, when I noticed that most of my country (the Netherlands) is flooded in Outerra. So yes, multiple levels will be implemented for rivers and lakes and countries below sea level :).
