okay so after paying $15 USD, it download me an area somewhere in california, but i can't move around in it.

does this automatically download the whole earth planet or do i need to dowload the area i want only?

it's a desktop computer, only two years old so should work for this program. had to pay for all the drivers upgrade as well, just so i can get outerra to work on this computer. very eager to design 1:1 scale train modeling railroads

please help

It will download the data automatically as needed, when you move. By default you are in UFO mode where you move with WASD keys and turn with mouse. You can adjust the speed with PageUp and PageDown keys.

how can i configure to use my mouse to move and zooming, my WASD keys are very slow to do those movements. pgup and pgdw don't get me to exactly wher i wanted.

Well it's not meant as an earth viewer, but you can switch to that mode while in sandbox (with menu open) by pressing shift+tab. Right mouse click to rotate the view, shift+right click to pan.
