Mouse Movements cause stuttering/lag

For some reason today when I logged into the game, there was an almost unplayable amount of stuttering, but only when using the mouse in UFO mode. Using wasd commands yielded no stuttering results. It wasn't until I moved the mouse that the stuttering and lag. Ideas? Also, what would the settings be for optimum graphic results? I've got a gtx 680 4gb version and a powerful proc to back it up. I want to push my computer to the limits.

Can you attach your eng.log and eng.cfg and world.cfg? I guess you modified something in terrain settings that causes this. You may want to reset it and readjust only the properties on the left side initially.
