When Will Outerra Have These Features Implemented?

Does anyone know when they will include Lakes and streams in Outerra? Also does anyone know when the OSM source data will be implemented into the engine? Also just out of curiosity who are the 2 guys that started Outerra?

The two guys are cameni and angrypig.
I cannot call, when its finished. I just know, that the OSM part is work in progress.
