No menu options issue

Im not sue whats going on here but when I start up the window isn't full screen, also when I tap ESC it shows the mouse curser but no menu or any options appear, I uninstalled and tried again but same issue arises, this wasn't the case when I was logged in a  couple of wks back, please help

Hmm, never saw this one before.
For possibly a simple solution, go to your Outerra data directory (by default c:\users\username\outerra\) and delete world.cfg and eng.cfg files.
