Radeon hd 6650m doesn't support

I have a redeon hd 6650m laptop but When i start the Outerra, error message come out "graphic card driver crashed during the initialization of opengl"

It looks like outdated or corrupted graphics drivers. Please do the following:

Would be good to clean the registries (i use CCleaner for that) after uninstalling Catalist  ... had such thing too and it did not uninstall it properly till i got the registries purged before a restart and fresh install ... on my machine, catalyst after few updates always gets somehow corrupted this way, leaving something of its own behind after uninstall, making trouble ...

Please download and run the following patch files manually (in order):
