Earths Gravity
« on: January 22, 2014, 04:57:42 am »

Has stumbled upon an interesting satellite-data animation :

www.theguardian.com/science/2011/mar/31/goce-maps-earth-gravity?intcmp=239

Just thought - will there be in future any way to insert special global ref. data, kinda like the one for biomes, for other purposes (like a gravity intensity map, animal/life-form existence probability map etc.) for Earth (or for the planet creator in the far far future) ? Would be interesting to see dynamic/collapsing gravity at a moon scale planet someday. :D

We are still undeveloped as long as we don´t realize, that all our science is still descriptive, and than beyond that description lies a whole new world we just haven´t even started to fully understand.
