Start Up crash Help!!

Hi, so yesterday i was playing Outerra Perfectly fine no issue i was just flying around nothing other. then today everytime i start it up i login, then it brings up Checking for Update, and Checking for new Planetary update then it takes longer then usual and Crashes i get a not responding with the Error details of (  Problem Event Name:   BEX

Any antivirus sw? Please post your eng.log file.

no none, and ok

P.S. my eng.log is to big to upload so should i upload to a diff website and link it? or ??

ohh wait i tried restarting and then loading outerra it still crashed but the log is smaller now.. so i can attach it here

It was a temporary problem with the server that holds the reference terrain data and version files.
