you can import into outerra a seaplane? and recognize how to do it?

you could import big planes, yes. But they wont have the water shader as material so it will look not ot-quality fitting.

They wouldnt act as boats unless there is a possibility to define sealevels for vehicles with antigravity engines. This feature is planned but not implemented yet.
