Remove A Model From My List (SOLUTION)
« on: October 15, 2014, 08:20:16 am »

Ok...I have read it somewhere on this board before.  I have been searching the board and cannot find it.  So here is my question.

I have been Importing A LOT of models lately.  Here's how it goes..Import House01.. Realize I missed a texture... Go fix it and re-Import the model as House01B.  Now...How do I remove House01 from my Static Object Menu?

I believe their is a file somewhere I can edit but I cannot find it.  LOL.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And I now feel like an idiot.  Figured it out.

For anyone coming to this topic because you too have this problem, here is the solution:

1: Log out of and shut down Outerra

2: Goto your Personal Package Directory...For me it was:
    c:\users\MYUSERNAME\Outerra\Packages\MYUSERNAME\

3: Simply delete the directory of the object you want to remove...For me it was:
    c:\users\MYUSERNAME\Outerra\Packages\MYUSERNAME\yellowsplitlevel01\

4: Start up Outerra and the Listing will be removed from your Object List.

You also could copy the missing texture to that folder ;) Reimporting is necessary if you change something on the mesh or the UVs
