Fatal Error since latest update on march 3, 2015

I can no longer run Outerra. Since the most recent update, I get a fatal error when I try. Here's the error message:

exception msg: OpenGL error: shader compilation failed: : stars last RL:eng::draw_frame_internal@eng\eng.cpp(802)

I'm using win8.1 and NVidia GTX 750 with driver version 347.52

I had already read that but somehow missed that the thread was dealing with the exact same fatal error I've been encountering. It appears the solution may be to "delete all in the windows document´s settings," but I don't understand what that means. Please explain if you know. thanks...

Please apply the following patch manually: 0.8.4.5233.patch-5244
