I have all the arma games and run them on max settings and it looks good but with this engine it would be 1000 times anything arma puts out. (my opinion)

All I think about when playing arma is how much better it could be done on a system like Outerra.



LOD in arma is horrible. Indestructible ground. No optimization. Impossible mod system. No physics engine. Limited Sight Distance.

You give OT with proper documentation to the crazy ArmA modders they could shoehorn a wartime script mod over the empty earth in a month.

Yes, I think also the result in Outerra would be much better.  ;) Look at the Outerra Apache video.

For me personally, the graphics are very important. But the feeling in Outerra is already awesome. ;)

Outera should be awesome engine for ArmA because that engine is very modern than Virtual Reality 3 from ArmA 2, VR have a lot of bugs from old OFP...
Outera have some things what ArmA 2 dont have like a better rendering...
