Sudden error during startup, have not seen anywhere mentioned

Hello,

I was running the engine just fine, full version for a few days. All of the sudden with no changes that I recall having been made in options, I get "IO error during processing" and crash back to desktop, this happens when I try to log into the engine.

Anyone else have this error ever? and any solutions? I tried deleting the io.cfgs in the outerra folder but it did not help

well i caved finally and just deleted everything and reinstalled, currently updating... talkin to myself woooo

It's always good to have such threads, especially if they provide a solution. Many people search forums for their issue and might not even have to ask the question again if another person already went through the whole thing - I know I did it like that countless times  :)
